Job Summary
Seeking a New Jersey Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney, the full-time hybrid position will manage defense litigation across various practice areas, requiring candidates to demonstrate strong litigation skills and the ability to work independently.
Key responsibilities
- Handle defense litigation cases in areas such as Employment, Complex Commercial, and General Liability
- Participate in client interactions and manage appearances at hearings, depositions, and trials
- Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive legal documents and arguments
Required qualifications
- Must be licensed and admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey
- At least 3 years of experience in civil litigation is preferred, but all experience levels are welcome to apply
- Strong academic background with proven research skills
- Excellent writing and persuasive speaking abilities
- Trial experience is a plus but not mandatory
