Job Summary

To investigate and resolve complex general liability claims, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Claims Examiner will manage high-exposure cases, conduct thorough investigations, and negotiate settlements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and manage complex general liability claims from inception through resolution
• Conduct investigations to determine liability and develop strategic claim action plans
• Negotiate settlements and ensure compliance with applicable laws and client requirements

Required qualifications

• Five years of claims handling experience or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Experience handling complex general liability claims preferred
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university preferred
• Litigation management experience strongly preferred
• Industry certifications relevant to the line of business are preferred
