Job Summary
To support a growing Behavioral Health Teletherapy Program, a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive behavioral health services for conditions such as depression and anxiety, managing a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly in a remote, full-time or part-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
- Maintain timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
- Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address treatment obstacles
Required qualifications
- Master's Degree in Social Work
- New Jersey Clinical Social Worker licensure and NJ Medicaid Provider Number
- Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience
- Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
- Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of health
