Job Summary

To support a growing Behavioral Health Teletherapy Program, a New Jersey Licensed Clinical Social Worker will provide comprehensive behavioral health services for conditions such as depression and anxiety, managing a caseload of 15-20 patients weekly in a remote, full-time or part-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Perform psychosocial assessments and provide counseling using evidence-based treatment modalities
• Maintain timely documentation, including biopsychosocial assessments and treatment planning
• Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address treatment obstacles

Required qualifications

• Master's Degree in Social Work
• New Jersey Clinical Social Worker licensure and NJ Medicaid Provider Number
• Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master's social work experience
• Experience working with pediatric and adolescent patients
• Knowledge of medical terminology and psychosocial aspects of health
