New Jersey Licensed Compliance Director

Job Summary

To ensure high standards of quality compliance at the Summit West Cell Therapy Manufacturing Facility in Summit, NJ, the full-time salaried New Jersey Licensed Compliance Director will oversee compliance programs, manage health authority inspections, and lead internal audits while fostering collaboration across divisions.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee site preparation and management of corporate audits and regulatory inspections
• Lead the development and execution of the site internal audit program and Quality Risk Management initiatives
• Manage compliance notifications and identify quality and compliance risk signals

Required qualifications

• BS in a relevant Science or Engineering discipline or MBA
• Minimum of 12+ years of management experience in a regulated industry
• Proven experience managing global health authority inspections and remediation
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities
• Demonstrated leadership ability in matrixed environments
