New Jersey Licensed Field Access Manager

Job Summary

To enhance patient access to diabetes therapies, the full-time, remote New Jersey Licensed Field Access Manager will manage relationships with healthcare professionals, provide education on patient services, and coordinate access efforts across various channels.

Key responsibilities

• Expand advocacy within healthcare professional offices and educate staff on navigating access and payer approval processes
• Coordinate utilization of the patient service platform to support customers and patients in accessing approved therapies
• Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to identify and address market access barriers for patients

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced healthcare degree preferred (e.g., MS, RN, PA, PharmD)
• 10+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a focus on payer policy and patient access
• 5+ years of experience in benefit verifications and/or prior authorization requirements
• Strong understanding of specialty markets, HUB/reimbursement services, and patient access programs
• Knowledge of Centers of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) policies and processes
