New Jersey Licensed Field Case Manager

Job Summary

Covering the South Jersey region, the part-time New Jersey Licensed Field Case Manager will manage case strategies for injured workers, facilitating their medical recovery and return to work through effective communication and coordination of services in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing clinical assessments via telephone to evaluate injured workers' needs and treatment plans
• Build relationships with claims examiners, clients, and injured workers to identify and address recovery issues
• Negotiate treatment plans and disability durations with providers while ensuring adherence to quality standards

Required qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license in a state or territory of the United States
• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience preferred
• Certification in case management, rehabilitation nursing, or a related specialty is highly preferred
• Experience in managing complex medical conditions and treatment planning
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote work setting
