Job Summary
Leading a team of sales associates, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Insurance Supervisor will oversee daily operations in the Insurance Call Center, ensuring high member satisfaction and effective sales performance while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide coaching and support to sales associates while fostering a positive team environment
- Manage staffing needs, including hiring, training, and performance reviews of Sales Associates
- Prepare monthly reports on department activity and sales statistics for management review
Required qualifications:
- Associate's degree in Business or a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in the insurance sales field, including at least one year in a supervisory role
- An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty License
- Proficiency in standard business application software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
