To support an expanding law firm, the full-time Senior Labor & Employment Attorney will manage plaintiff-side civil litigation cases, focusing on wage and hour and class action matters in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and litigate plaintiff-side civil cases, particularly in wage and hour and class action contexts
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including motions and briefs
- Advocate for clients in court and during settlement negotiations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of plaintiff-side civil litigation experience
- Experience with wage and hour and class action cases is highly preferred
- Admission to the New Jersey State Bar
- Strong oral advocacy and legal writing skills
- Must reside in and be authorized to work in the US
