Key responsibilities
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, opinion letters, and other legal documents
- Prepare for, attend, and summarize depositions while coordinating with witnesses
- Review and analyze documents for relevance and privilege, and communicate with clients and courts
Required qualifications
- Licensed and admitted to practice in New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania
- 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice or healthcare litigation
- Strong academic background with proven research skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent litigation, writing, and persuasive speaking skills
