Job Summary

To support the Military Services team, the full-time Supervising Mental Health Specialist (Evening) will manage crisis response and triage services, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to safety protocols while potentially working in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls and service requests
• Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
• Tracks and analyzes key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes and appropriate service delivery

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field plus one year of related experience
• Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work if applicable
• Must be a U.S. military Veteran
