Job Summary
To support the Military Services team, the full-time salaried Supervising Mental Health Specialist (Night) will manage crisis response, supervise staff, and ensure high-quality service delivery while working primarily onsite with potential remote options.
Key responsibilities
- Provides and manages crisis response, triage, and support services for incoming calls, chats, and service requests
- Supervises assigned staff, offering ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback
- Tracks, analyzes, and improves key performance metrics to ensure quality outcomes
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant mental health, social sciences, or human services field plus one year of related experience
- Active New Jersey certification/licensure in Social Work for applicable candidates
- U.S. military Veteran status is required
