Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) will conduct clinical evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based care focused on women's mental health, all while working remotely on a contract basis with the potential to transition to a full-time role.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive clinical evaluations and assessments of patients, formulating diagnoses based on medical histories
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with the clinical model
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care and monitor treatment progress
Required qualifications
- Valid and active mental health practitioner license (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT or equivalent) in New Jersey
- Minimum of two years of experience as a fully licensed mental health practitioner
- Ability to work independently in a 100% virtual environment
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and other healthcare software
- Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and upholding ethical standards
