Job Summary

To provide comprehensive mental health services, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Mental Health Therapist will work virtually, managing a caseload of patients, conducting individual and family therapy sessions, and leading psychoeducational groups while ensuring timely clinical documentation and effective communication with the treatment team.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitates admission assessments and conducts individual and family therapy sessions for patients
• Leads psychoeducational and process-oriented therapy groups, ensuring patient safety and engagement
• Completes clinical documentation and collaborates with the treatment team to set and communicate weekly goals

Required qualifications

• Licensed in New Jersey or a PSYCHPACT provider
• Master's or Doctorate degree in a relevant field
• Completion of state requirements and state license to conduct therapeutic interventions
• Experience in providing mental health treatment in a clinical setting
• Ability to manage crises and provide support to patients and their families
