Job Summary
To drive strategic initiatives within the U.S. Vision Care business, the full-time Executive Director, Professional Strategy, U.S. Vision Care will develop and execute professional strategies that enhance engagement with eye care professionals and support business growth, working remotely or from Bridgewater, NJ.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a senior clinical and commercial voice within the U.S. Vision Care organization
- Lead the U.S. professional strategy, establishing KPIs and assessing program effectiveness
- Build relationships with optometrists, ophthalmologists, and key stakeholders in the eye care community
Required Qualifications:
- Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) degree from an accredited school or college of optometry
- 10 years of significant leadership experience in vision care, medical devices, or a related healthcare environment
- Demonstrated understanding of the U.S. optometric landscape and the needs of eye care professionals
- Experience leading strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business results
- Strong commercial acumen and financial analytical capabilities
