Job Summary
To support pediatric patients, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pediatric RN will manage care coordination, assess clinical needs, and advocate for members while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Assess patients' clinical needs to ensure appropriate levels of care and length of stay
- Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services and negotiating fees as necessary
- Document patient care activities accurately and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care
Required qualifications:
- Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required
- Associates or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma nursing school
- Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience
- Proficiency in personal computers and MS Office products
- Knowledge of case/care management principles preferred
