New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainer

Job Summary

To support the training and development of team members, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Pharmacy Technician Trainer will conduct training on departmental tasks for new hires and existing staff while managing front-line operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Provide training on department tasks to new hires and existing team members requiring additional support
• Coordinate cross-training through effective communication and scheduling with designated trainees
• Support leads and supervisors in diagnosing and improving the performance of team members

Required qualifications

• Must be 18+ years of age with a high school diploma or GED
• Pharmacy Technician experience is required
• Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) or the National Health Association (NHA) is mandatory
• An active Pharmacy Technician license in the residing state with the ability to obtain a New Jersey license within 6 months of hire
• Flexibility to adapt schedule as needed, including evenings or weekends
