Job Summary

Supporting patient care in a part-time capacity, the New Jersey Licensed Practical Nurse will manage patient phone calls, respond to patient portal messages, and complete medication prior authorizations under the supervision of healthcare providers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage patient phone calls and respond to patient portal messages
• Complete medication prior authorizations and coordinate care
• Provide patient education and maintain regulatory standards in daily operations

Required qualifications

• Current New Jersey LPN License
• BLS certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing
• Experience with medication prior authorizations and insurance processes preferred
• Experience in an ambulatory or Allergy practice setting preferred
