Job Summary
To support high-impact strategic initiatives, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Project Manager will manage complex projects across Customer Operations, ensuring clarity and accountability while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define project scope, requirements, and deliverables from concept through execution
- Own the delivery of critical initiatives, maintaining project plans, risk logs, and facilitating planning sessions
- Develop and implement contingency plans for identified risks, ensuring minimal disruption to project outcomes
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or delivery management
- Experience in sports betting, gaming, or other highly regulated industries preferred
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority
- Knowledge of project management frameworks and risk management principles
- PMP certification is a plus
