Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the remote New Jersey Licensed Registered Dietitian will analyze patient assessments, conduct counseling sessions, and collaborate with healthcare teams, working on a contract basis with a minimum commitment of 10 patient-facing hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze intake assessments including medical history and dietary habits
- Conduct diet and lifestyle counseling sessions via video, providing tailored nutrition care
- Maintain accurate patient records and respond to inquiries in a timely manner
Required qualifications
- Current certification as a Registered Dietitian from the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR)
- Open to feedback and eager to learn, with a commitment to evidence-based practice
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a compassionate approach
- Comfortable using various digital platforms, including EMR systems and telehealth tools
- Prior experience in nutrition counseling or telemedicine is a plus but not required
