Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time New Jersey Licensed RN will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
• Coordinate and implement care plans, negotiating fees for services outside the network as necessary
• Document patient interactions and care evaluations comprehensively based on organizational standards

Required qualifications

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or accredited diploma from a nursing school
• Minimum of two (2) years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in MS Office products and familiarity with intranet and internet applications preferred
• Knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management preferred
