New Jersey Licensed RN

Job Summary

Performing RN duties in a full-time remote capacity, the New Jersey Licensed RN will assess clinical needs, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members to ensure appropriate healthcare delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels
• Coordinate and implement care plans while monitoring services and outcomes for effectiveness
• Document patient care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License required
• Associate's or bachelor's degree in nursing or a health-related field, or an accredited diploma from a nursing school
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of healthcare contracts and benefit eligibility
• Working knowledge of case/care management principles and utilization management
