New Jersey Licensed RN

Job Summary

To support patient care initiatives, the full-time New Jersey Licensed RN will perform clinical assessments, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels and lengths of stay
• Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services rendered and negotiating fees as necessary
• Document patient care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

• Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required
• Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience
• High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of case/care management principles preferred
• Basic knowledge of health care contracts and benefit eligibility requirements preferred
