Job Summary
To support the Commercial team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Senior Corporate Counsel will draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, provide legal counsel on compliance and regulatory matters, and lead negotiations with enterprise customers in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including MSAs, DPAs, and collaboration agreements
- Lead complex negotiations with enterprise customers, balancing legal risk with business needs
- Advise internal teams on commercial strategy, legal risk, and compliance under tight timelines
Required qualifications
- Doctor of Jurisprudence (J.D.) required
- Minimum of seven years' experience as a practicing attorney
- Eligible to practice in the applicable state of residence
- Experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial healthcare agreements
- Familiarity with healthcare laws, including HIPAA and Medicare/Medicaid billing issues
