Job Summary
To provide comprehensive care in an outpatient setting, the fully remote New Jersey Licensed Spanish Therapist will conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and deliver individual and group therapy to a workers' compensation population.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct Bio/Psych/Social assessments and formulate treatment plans under the guidance of the Clinical Director
- Provide direct clinical services, including individual, group, family, and couples therapy
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with confidentiality laws and regulations
Required qualifications
- Current license (NJ) to practice independently as an LCSW or LPC
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Experience with workers' compensation clientele is a plus
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and EHR software
