Job Summary
To support the growth of its tax practice, a full-time New Jersey Licensed Tax Partner will lead tax compliance and advisory engagements, manage client relationships, and mentor staff while collaborating with leadership in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead tax compliance, consulting, and advisory engagements for a diverse client portfolio
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business owners and high-net-worth individuals on complex tax matters
- Mentor and manage tax staff, while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships
Required qualifications
- Active CPA license required
- 10+ years of public accounting tax experience
- Strong generalist tax background across multiple industries and entity types
- Experience managing large client engagements and supervising teams
- Prior leadership or partner-level experience preferred
