Job Summary
To support a compassionate team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will work remotely to create and implement treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate their return to work.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage and assess treatment plans for injured/disabled individuals in collaboration with healthcare providers
- Evaluate and modify case goals based on patient progress and treatment effectiveness
- Independently prioritize and manage a caseload while preparing status updates for clients
Required qualifications:
- Active New Jersey RN or LPN license in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
- Reliable internet access for remote work
