Job Summary
To support a growing team, the full-time New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will collaborate with healthcare providers, employers, and injured individuals to develop and implement effective treatment plans, ensuring a smooth return to work while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage case loads by assessing injured individuals and coordinating with healthcare providers to create tailored treatment plans
- Advocate for modifications in job duties to facilitate early return to work and evaluate treatment effectiveness
- Prepare status updates for clients and assist in training new staff as needed
Required qualifications:
- Active New Jersey or Compact Nursing license (RN/LPN) in good standing
- Associates or bachelor's degree in nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of clinical practice experience, preferably in workers' compensation
- URAC-recognized certification in case management is highly desired
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, Word, and Outlook Email
