Job Summary
To support a growing team, the temporary full-time New Jersey Licensed Telephonic Case Manager will work remotely to manage treatment plans for injured or disabled individuals, collaborating with healthcare providers and employers to facilitate optimal recovery and return to work.
Key responsibilities:
- Demonstrate knowledge and competency in case management standards of practice
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to develop and implement tailored treatment plans
- Independently manage a caseload, prioritizing cases and evaluating treatment effectiveness
Required qualifications:
- Active New Jersey Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field
- 2+ years of telephonic clinical practice experience preferred
- URAC-recognized certification in case management preferred
- Reliable internet access
