Job Summary
Leading the design and implementation of a large-scale Medicaid Enterprise System modernization program, the full-time Senior Principal Consultant, Medicaid Programs will serve as the senior technical authority, delivering a cloud-based data platform while collaborating with state stakeholders and internal teams remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of the New Jersey Medicaid data platform
- Define and implement enterprise data models and integration patterns while overseeing security and operational capabilities
- Provide technical leadership for system integration, testing, and production readiness activities, along with customer-facing status reporting and risk management
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience leading enterprise data platform implementations
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with MarkLogic architecture and development
- Proven experience designing cloud-native, secure enterprise systems
- Strong expertise in data integration, ETL/ELT architectures, and performance tuning
- Experience leading distributed technical teams and engaging with executive stakeholders
