Job Summary
Leading the execution of quality and compliance programs, the remote New Jersey Quality Manager will manage day-to-day operations related to regulatory, payer, and contract compliance while partnering with various teams to ensure adherence to state and federal requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead New Jersey-specific quality and compliance priorities, workplans, and operating processes
- Serve as the subject-matter lead for quality, compliance, contract requirements, and payer expectations in New Jersey
- Partner with operational and clinical teams to integrate quality and compliance into daily operations and service delivery
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Nursing, Social Work, Public Health, Quality, Compliance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of progressive experience in healthcare quality/compliance
- Direct experience with payer requirements, contract compliance, and incident reporting in a regulated environment
- Experience with New Jersey DDD, Medicaid Waiver, or NJ FamilyCare requirements strongly preferred
- Knowledge of compliance programs, auditing/monitoring, and corrective action processes
