New Jersey UAT Lead
Job Summary
Owning the business-facing UAT phase in pre-production, the remote UAT/QE Lead will set the UAT strategy, ensure quality compliance, and mentor the QA team while driving improvements in testing processes.
Key responsibilities
- Establish and execute the UAT strategy in collaboration with Technology & Product teams
- Lead defect governance and quality improvements, conducting root cause analysis to enhance testing outcomes
- Mentor and develop the QA team, focusing on capability uplift and resource planning
Required qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in UAT coordination and quality assurance
- Strong understanding of the Commercial Real Estate domain
- Proficiency in data testing methodologies
- Experience in establishing quality gates and compliance for UAT processes
- Familiarity with AI tools for quality assurance enhancements
