Job Summary

Providing exceptional customer service, the full-time New Mexico Call Center Representative will assist patients with scheduling appointments, managing referrals, and maintaining patient demographics while working remotely from Albuquerque.

Key responsibilities:

• Provide customer service for patients, including triaging calls and scheduling appointments
• Respond to incoming calls and conduct outbound calls, ensuring quality standards and performance metrics are met
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners, acting as an advocate for patients

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• One year of office or business experience
• Preferred experience in a call center environment
