New Mexico Licensed ACA Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing ACA Health Insurance team, the full-time Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent will educate consumers on Affordable Care Act options, assess coverage needs, and guide clients through the application and enrollment process in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options and assess individual coverage needs
• Guide consumers through the application and enrollment process while providing consultative customer service
• Maintain accurate customer information and meet established sales and compliance expectations

Required qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing
• Active National Producer Number (NPN)
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is not required
• Previous experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, or customer service preferred
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work independently in a remote team environment
