Job Summary
To support a comprehensive Behavioral Health team, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Behavioral Health Clinician will provide assessment and evidence-based care, manage patient cases, and participate in quality improvement processes across various healthcare settings.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, triage, and manage patients with behavioral health issues, providing counseling and case management
- Develop and implement behavioral health change plans and protocols for target populations
- Participate in continuous quality improvement processes, including peer reviews and clinical audits
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in social work or counseling
- Current New Mexico LCSW or LPCC license
- Experience in behavioral health assessment and treatment
- Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic practices
- Ability to provide clinical supervision to adjunctive therapists and interns
