New Mexico Licensed Call Specialist

Job Summary

To support the All of Us research program, the part-time New Mexico Licensed Call Specialist will conduct outreach, enrollment, and retention activities, while also engaging with participants and coordinating with the research team in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Utilize outreach and engagement methods to drive enrollment and retention rates for the All of Us research program
• Screen patients for eligibility, provide program overviews, and obtain informed consent
• Conduct daily phone outreach and manage scheduling for enrollment and retention activities

Required qualifications

• Associates degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications
• Familiarity with public health research concepts and practices
• Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred
• Experience in Patient Relationship Management is a plus
