New Mexico Licensed Claims Adjuster

Job Summary

To support a growing automotive service team, the full-time New Mexico Licensed Claims Adjuster will manage and adjudicate 20-30 vehicle service contract claims daily, providing prompt and professional support to customers while working remotely or in a hybrid capacity based in Albuquerque.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and adjudicate vehicle service contract claims efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a high level of responsiveness, including answering incoming calls and handling customer inquiries
• Resolve escalated claims and build strong relationships with internal and external partners

Required qualifications

• High school diploma required; 3-5 years of automotive industry experience preferred
• Hands-on automotive experience required (vehicle repair, service writing, or technician background)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
• Strong problem-solving skills focused on improving workflow efficiency
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
