Job Summary
To support the Enterprise-Wide Coding team, the full-time remote CDQA Administrative Analyst will maintain and update coding policies, monitor compliance with regulatory standards, and coordinate coding audits across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Serve as a liaison to various departments addressing coding, auditing, compliance, and training issues
- Maintain accurate documentation and up-to-date knowledge of coding regulations and compliance issues
- Analyze data from audits and communicate findings to management for corrective action and compliance assurance
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year of experience in healthcare clinical, coding, auditing, compliance, or patient financial services
- Knowledge of medical terminology, ICD-9/10, CPT-4, and HCPCS
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
