Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare organization, the full-time Remote New Mexico Licensed EPIC Analyst will manage Epic system configurations, conduct in-depth analysis of workflows, and provide tier-2 support for application incidents while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and perform analysis to resolve issues, enhancements, and upgrades
- Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications
- Modify Epic records and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to create solutions that enhance user productivity and effectiveness
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 3 years of Epic-specific experience
- Epic certification in supporting application, plus additional proficiency or certification in related application areas
- Expert understanding of workflows, integration between applications, and general knowledge of Epic applications
- Ability to mentor and guide other analysts within the team and across teams
