New Mexico Licensed EPIC Analyst
Job Summary
To support the optimization of Epic systems, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed EPIC Analyst will manage application incidents, perform in-depth analysis of workflows, and collaborate with teams to tailor solutions to organizational needs.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide tier-2 support for application incidents and maintain 24/7 on-call coverage as required
- Conduct analysis to resolve application incidents, enhancement requests, and collaborate on projects across teams
- Develop and maintain requirements, specifications, and test cases for new or enhanced functionality in department applications
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree plus 3 years of IT or business experience
- 3 years of Epic-specific experience
- 6 years of additional experience may substitute for the degree
- Epic certification in supporting applications, with additional proficiency/certification in related areas
