Job Summary

Seeking motivated individuals, the fully remote New Mexico Licensed Medicare Agent will focus on helping seniors navigate Medicare coverage and healthcare solutions while building their business with comprehensive training and support from the team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist seniors in selecting appropriate Medicare plans and healthcare solutions
• Participate in training through Connie Academy to gain knowledge of Medicare fundamentals and sales techniques
• Utilize provided leads to generate sales and build a client portfolio

Required qualifications

• Active health insurance license required (life-only or P&C-only licenses do not qualify)
• Proven sales experience in fields such as retail, auto, mortgage, or insurance
• No prior Medicare sales experience necessary; candidates must be new to Medicare
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a personal business
• Comfortable using sales platforms and digital tools
