- Maintain current New Mexico state licensure and required certifications

Required qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university
- New Mexico State independent licensure as a Master's level mental health counselor or social worker (e.g., LPCC, LISW, LCSW, LMFT, or LPAT)
- Ability to obtain First Aid and BLS/CPR certifications within 30 days of hire
- Successful completion of a criminal records check post-offer of employment
- Compliance with required testing and immunization policies
