Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time New Mexico Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, maintain a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week, and utilize AI-assisted documentation tools.
Key responsibilities
- Provide remote therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+)
- Maintain timely documentation in EMR within 48 hours of client contact
- Collaborate with other mental health providers and refer clients as necessary
Required qualifications
- Independently licensed in New Mexico as LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience with adults and 6 months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9
- Comfortable using EHR systems
- Willingness to become licensed in other states, with costs covered
