Job Summary

Managing nursing services in a primary care clinic setting, the full-time salaried New Mexico Licensed Nursing Director will ensure efficient patient flow and oversee laboratory operations and staff in clinics located in Farmington or Cuba.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services and maintain quality patient care in a primary care clinic
• Supervise laboratory operations and staff to ensure compliance with health standards
• Manage patient flow to enhance the efficiency of clinic operations

Required qualifications

• Graduate of an approved school of nursing
• Minimum one year of nursing experience in a clinical/medical setting
• Minimum one year of supervisory experience
• License to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) in New Mexico
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or (Navajo/English) preferred
