Job Summary

Providing strategic leadership and oversight, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Revenue Cycle Director will manage vendor partnerships, ensure contract compliance, and drive revenue cycle strategy to optimize financial performance across the Care Network.

Key responsibilities

• Manage vendor partnerships to maximize revenue and cash collections
• Collaborate with senior leaders to implement best practices and improve financial outcomes
• Conduct revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare and revenue cycle management
• 8 years of leadership experience in a relevant field
• Detailed knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle processes
• Experience in conducting revenue cycle assessments and benchmarking
