Job Summary
Providing on-call clinical support, the remote New Mexico Licensed Social Worker will assess and triage patients via telehealth, conduct psychosocial assessments, and deliver a full range of clinical social work consult services in a flexible, variable schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and triage patients in emergency and inpatient settings
- Provide treatment recommendations, crisis intervention, and discharge planning
- Collaborate with the Enterprise Telehealth team for warm handoffs to psychiatrists
Required qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE Accredited University
- New Mexico Clinical Social Worker License upon hire
- 5 years post-graduate experience in Emergency Department, Inpatient, or Outpatient Behavioral Health settings
- Experience documenting in an Electronic Health Record (EPIC preferred)
