Job Summary
Leading the Value Analysis process for assigned VATs, the full-time remote New Mexico Licensed Sourcing Manager will identify savings opportunities, manage expiring contracts, and oversee new supplies and services requests to optimize value and return for the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation process of approved opportunities, ensuring compliance with all necessary steps and stakeholder notifications
- Lead pursuit activities to improve pricing, standardize supplies, and enhance supplier performance
- Manage opportunity identification and documentation using VAT tools, conducting preliminary analyses to validate assumptions and quantify potential value
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, or 6 years of additional experience in lieu of a degree
- 5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or related fields such as purchasing, contracting, or project management
- Proficiency in utilizing VAT tools and methodologies for opportunity identification
- Experience in leading RFP development and negotiation strategies
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and compliance standards
