Job Summary

Leading strategic planning for perioperative operations, the full-time remote Senior Sourcing and Contracting Manager will manage supply categories, drive cost savings initiatives, and coordinate with clinical leadership to enhance physician satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

Key responsibilities:

• Chair the Periop Value Analysis Team (VAT) to develop and implement strategic plans for supply management
• Engage with surgeons and physicians to identify opportunities for cost savings and improve patient care through effective supply chain management
• Oversee supplier relationships, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and optimizing contract rebates

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred, with 6 years of additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree
• 5 years of experience in healthcare supply chain or related fields, specifically in Peri-Op healthcare Value Analysis
• Proven experience in negotiating, contracting, and purchasing within the healthcare industry
• Strong knowledge of Peri-Op products, market trends, and financial analytics related to healthcare supplies
• Certification in CPSM, Lean/Six Sigma, Project Management, or related fields required within one year of hire
