Key responsibilities
- Manage team operations to enhance efficiency, focusing on staff development and mentoring while ensuring accountability and clear communication of team priorities
- Lead and consult on complex projects, ensuring quality assurance and alignment with client objectives and regulatory standards
- Drive business growth through innovation and strategic client relationship management, while evaluating market conditions for new opportunities
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Ecology, or a related field
- Six years of progressively responsible experience in the natural resources/environmental science field, including four years of management experience
- Three years of project management experience in natural resources, including budget and scope development
- Familiarity with environmental laws and regulations relevant to the New Mexico/Four Corners region
- Previous experience in environmental consulting on natural resources projects
