Job Summary
Assisting New Mexico students in online courses, the part-time Real Estate Instructor will respond to inquiries, review course content, and maintain necessary certifications while working remotely on a contract basis with an estimated commitment of 2-10 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Provide timely support to students via email, voicemail, and discussion boards
- Review and update course content in accordance with state law and regulations
- Complete the Certified Distance Education Instructor designation within four months of contract acceptance
Required qualifications
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
- Active New Mexico real estate license (salesperson or broker)
- Willingness to attend instructor training within one year of approval
- Previous teaching experience is strongly preferred
