New Mexico Real Estate Instructor

Job Summary

Assisting New Mexico students in online courses, the part-time Real Estate Instructor will respond to inquiries, review course content, and maintain necessary certifications while working remotely on a contract basis with an estimated commitment of 2-10 hours per week.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to students via email, voicemail, and discussion boards
• Review and update course content in accordance with state law and regulations
• Complete the Certified Distance Education Instructor designation within four months of contract acceptance

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney
• Active New Mexico real estate license (salesperson or broker)
• Willingness to attend instructor training within one year of approval
• Previous teaching experience is strongly preferred
