New Product Development Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing independent company focused on critical digital infrastructure, the full-time New Product Development Program Manager will be responsible for end-to-end execution of new product development programs, including program ownership, cross-functional alignment, and risk management, while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Assume overall program ownership after business case approval and project authorization
• Translate the approved business case into an executable program charter, integrated schedule, and resource plan
• Drive program performance to approved scope, schedule, cost, quality, and customer commitments

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field
• 8 or more years of program or project management experience in complex product development
• Experience with critical power, switchgear, or electrical systems
• Familiarity with PLM, MES, or project portfolio management environments
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
